Project managers and project management practitioners will learn the mechanics of project management from a People Perspective.

Learning Objective: Learn how to communicate effectively with skills, tools, methods and media.
Course Module 5: Key Documentation

Learning Objective: Learn how to develop effective documentation at different stages of the project (initiation, planning, execution, control and close-out).
Course Module 6: Balancing Multiple Projects
