Summary
Project managers and project management practitioners will learn the mechanics of project management from a People Perspective.
The course “Project Management from a People Perspective” allows students to claim 12 PDUs once they have completed their study. The course includes 6 Course Modules as delineated below.

Learning Objective: Learn how to work and manage your interactions with internal or external stakeholders.
Course Module 4: Communicating Effectively

Learning Objective: Learn how to communicate effectively with skills, tools, methods and media.
Course Module 5: Key Documentation
Duration: 2 hours
Learning Objective: Learn how to develop effective documentation at different stages of the project (initiation, planning, execution, control and close-out).
Course Module 6: Balancing Multiple Projects
