Summary
Project managers and project management practitioners use software such as Word and its newly 2007 Ribbon design. This course series explains how to create, and format documents.
The course “Word 2007” allows students to claim 14 PDUs once they have completed their study. The course includes 6 Course Modules as delineated below.
Course Module 1: Getting Started
Duration: 2 hours
Learning Objective: Learn the basic features (create, print and save) and also become familiar with the new Ribbon Interface.
Course Module 2: Typing and Editing Text
Duration: 2 hours
Learning Objective: Learn how to use the features and functions of Word such as copy/past, find/replace, correct, and insert....
Course Module 3: Formatting Text
Duration: 3 hours
Learning Objective: Learn how to format text, use different fonts and effects and use autoformat.
Course Module 4: Formatting Paragraphs and Lists
Duration: 3 hours
Learning Objective: Learn how to format paragraphs and lists, insert tab, create bulleted and numbered lists and set paragraph spacing and alignement.
Course Module 5: Building Tables
Duration: 2 hours
Learning Objective: Learn how to insert, edit and also format a table in your documents.
Course Module 6: Working with Images
Duration: 2 hours
Learning Objective: Learn how to work with pictures, WordArt and Clip Art in a document and also how to resize, crop, rotate a picture. |
