Summary
Project managers and project management practitioners use software such as PowerPoint and its newly 2007 Ribbon design. This course series explains how to create dynamic presentation with this software.
The course “PowerPoint 2007” allows students to claim 19 PDUs once they have completed their study. The course includes 8 Course Modules as delineated below.
Course Module 1: Getting Started
Duration: 2 hours
Learning Objective: Learn the basic features (create, print and save) and also become familiar with the new Ribbon Interface.
Course Module 2: Developing a Presentation
Duration: 2 hours
Learning Objective: Learn how to create a presentation and also insert slides, shapes and symbols and also manipulate and format texts.
Course Module 3: Design Elements
Duration: 2 hours
Learning Objective: Learn how to use and modify masters, placeholders, background, themes, headers and footers.
Course Module 4: Inserting Shapes
Duration: 3 hours
Learning Objective: Learn how to draw, resize, rotate shapes, lines, arrows and also how to distribute and align these objects.
Course Module 5: Formatting Shapes
Duration: 3 hours
Learning Objective: Learn how to add colors, shadows, 3-D effects, Gradient fills, texture and style to shapes and texts.
Course Module 6: Clip Art, Pictures, and WordArt
Duration: 2 hours
Learning Objective: Learn how to work with pictures, WordArt and Clip Art in a presentation and also how to resize, crop, rotate and apply style, shape, border and effect to a picture.
Course Module 7: SmartArt Graphics
Duration: 2 hours
Learning Objective: Learn how to create, modify and manipulate SmartArt Graphics.
Course Module 8: Charts and Tables
Duration: 3 hours
Learning Objective: Learn how to insert and format a chart, edit its data source and also how to insert, modify draw and format tables. |
