Summary
Project managers and project management practitioners sometimes have to deal with difficult people in their project team or may experience difficulties to manage stakeholders from a people perspective. This course presents overviews of problems and also strategies and/or scenarios to help to resolve problems.
The course “Dealing with Difficult People” allows students to claim 08 PDUs once they have completed their study. The course includes 7 Course Modules as delineated below.
Course Module 1: Managing Against the Odds
Duration: 0.25 hour

Course Module 2: Consideration
Duration: 2 hours
Learning Objective: Learn how to identify key causes of difficult behavior, clarify situation and modify it.
Course Module 3: Attitude

Course Module 4: Trust
