• Course Access online is granted for one year starting on the day of purchase unless otherwise agreed by PMBASE Inc. Registration emails contain the start date information and the deactivation date.
• To ensure the highest level of security in our online store, all orders placed on our online store are verified manually on a daily basis. We may request to verify your order details and that you answer to a specific inquiry by email. We reserve the right to deactivate accounts pending receiving the appropriate answers to our inquiry.
• Orders that are placed with A PO Box will not be accepted unless otherwise agreed by PMBASE Inc. Orders require a physical residency address for the training records.
• Access to Pmbase.com online courses will only be allowed once PMBASE inc. has received the fully completed registration form and the payment in full, unless otherwise agreed by PMBASE Inc.
• It is the responsibility of the students to ensure the email address they have provided is valid and is authorizing our domain names pmbase.com and pmbasetraining.com in their authorized emails list (commonly called whitelist). Students who allegedly do not receive our emails will be requested to perform the appropriate change to their mailbox settings or will be offered a full refund if the problem is not solved within 15 days of their purchase assuming they have not logged into their course.
• Payment of a course fee gives student a personal non-exclusive, non-transferable license to attend the online course they have purchased. Licenses are not transferable.
• Transferring or sharing your license with anyone is a violation of the licensing agreement and is subject to legal action.
• Limitation of Liability: As a result of the benefits given by PMBASE Inc., you agree that PMBASE Inc. will not in any way be liable for any damage or prejudice, direct or indirect suffered by you by the use or the application of the course you have purchased from PMBASE inc. In any case, no liability can be attributed to PMBASE Inc. in excess of the course fees charged.
• Jurisdiction: Any disagreement not amicably settled or any eventual legal proceedings between the parties will be initiated exclusively in the judicial district of Newark, DE, USA.
• Pricing Disclaimer: For all prices, products and offers, PMbase.com reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, course discontinuation, providers price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. However the price you paid at the time of purchase still holds for you. Information contained on PMbase.com may be changed at any time without prior notification or obligation. Prices are in US dollar unless otherwise stated.
• Refund policy - 100% Satisfaction guarantee:You may request a refund within 15 days of your purchase and prior course completion. Please send your request for a refund to our customer service desk at:

  You will receive a confirmation email of your request. We will give you a full refund of your course minus $15 for administration fees, no questions asked. In the event of a refund, all copies of our course provider study material that are still in your possession must be destroyed.
